CH43 & 44 are having problems so I'm told. I have had them for three days now. Wish they'd hurry up and sort it out. I'd best press submit post before it goes off again..

Now I am almost constantly left with the network icon with a red cross through it. Great. I can dial up with modem but not through set top box. Says 'network cable unplugged'
I even tried newer drivers to no avail.

Network cable unplugged... do you loose the MCNS light on the front of the STB?

No the MCNS light on the set top box is still on.
I've even reinstalled the network card drivers.

I haven't got one. I've got an engineer coming out next friday but I want to know it's not my computers fault for sure. I'm guessing that the ammout of other people who have the same problem all of a sudden showing up on here means that it's not just me.
Dial up works fine and i'm away at the moment so I won't be able to check the status of it til next thursday. When I left it had been stable for a whole hour but that means nothing really. I'm hoping to hook another computer up to it to check how that goes but i only have one night to check it out.
Customer service was diabolical with any advice. I wish they'd hire people i could understand. but but ding ding ding doesn't mean crap to me.

I don't get it.....what were they doing? Ringing bells at you down the phone as a special hi tech version of Morse code?
