Intermittent Connection Problems (Stafford)

[Ouch]

Having a few problems tonight. I keep on losing my connection - only for a few seconds and only every now and again but enough to be worrying. I have not changed anything on my computer since yesterday when it had no probs at all.
Heres a ping to the UBR:

So as you see pings are OK but periods of no connection at all.
