Outage in Belfast? [Archive]

Hey Guys and my data light went out on my BB Modem. It was out for about 30 - 45 Mins so what was going on our was it just a mistake.

I am in Belfast and I am on 3 Meg BB.

If it's a outage,it could be a while before it's back on as i'm sure all the techs are at home in bed by now.

At 9PM? We may not be the greatest for customer service but even we don't do our maintenance in the middle of the evening when the most customers are using their service ;)

Besides if you look again Belfast was worked on on Tuesday morning.

This was a fault and if it keeps occuring it needs to be reported to tech support.
