How intensely would I have to use the internet to use up my monthly allowance of 30gigs?

I am prospectively thinking about joining NTL as I am sick to death of AOL cable modem problems (most of them imposed on my by bloody AOL).

[Edit]-If you're having trouble with your AOL cable modem connection, you need to be aware that AOL use ntl for their cable modem service.
