BigBrother Live Feed (BBPlus) -- stream not functioning correctly.

BroadBand PLUS version of Big Brother Live Feed has not been streaming its live feed since late last evening.

Just reporting it incase someone knows something..

You need to report it to ntl Tech Support.

Either ring 150 from your ntl home phone, or 0800 052 2000 from anywhere else.

I cancelled bbplus the skipping was constant, a very heavily overloaded streaming server the last week before I cancelled it wouldnt even play saying unsufficent bandwidth, curious are c4 providing the stream or NTL?

Definately got a problem this end.. it seems to be playing a 2 seconds from yesterday (!) then WindowsMediaPlayer waits for the buffer to fill up but it never happens and it just stalls with no new feed ever getting played.

Have made certain its not a computer issue by trying it out on my laptop, iPAQ and normal PC and all result in the same problems.

Soz i only brought it up seen Makosi and orlath sat there thought it was working ok, but as you say it just stays there. :(

Yes, thats the point the feeds must have gone down and have since not been back up and running; definately yesterday evening ..

I contacted NTL support earlier who further put me on hold "while I gather further information" regarding the "live feeds being down" .. and 10 minutes later had the response that "there is no further information available, and can offer no timeframe on when the feed will be available again".

It was made quite clear that they do not have any contact with the "broadbandPlus" people .. and that its just a case of wait and see. This is a little silly, as you would have thought in 24hours they would have been able to resolve the problem or at least pass it on to people who *could* resolve it.
