Anybody good at drawing?

Hiya..

Is anyone good at drawing & has the time to knock up a letter head for a local (to me) residents association?
They are after a Black & White picture (no colour) for the"Residents of Cog Lane" association.
To fit at the top of an A4 page, about 1.5" tall max.

Perhaps something along the lines of some people holding up a big rock (ROC) with the name in the middle.

I'm rubbish at drawing myself otherwise I'd have a go.
Or does anyone know anyone that can?
