Hello! we'll i've just got in - so excuse the poor typing i've been celebrating! got my uni results today - did far better than i expected i must've read my result ten times before it sunk in (after the required delay at posting the results from my tutor! they were due out at 12 but finally made an appearance just after 4) I got a 2.1! just wanted to say a huge thank you to those of you who posted in my revision thread with loads of good ideas to help me revise - looks like they worked! :)

not too badly, got a bit bored in the last 6-7 months or so but did pretty much as I'd expected. not gonna give potentially traceable stuff out to people i don't really know on a public board though :)

Well done!

Now for some advice: go get a temporary Job and get some experience or new employers will not even look at you or other graduates for most jobs, I speak from 2:1 experience and over 75 applications. :(

Well done!

Now for some advice: go get a temporary Job and get some experience or new employers will not even look at you or other graduates for most jobs, I speak from 2:1 experience and over 75 applications. :(

At least you are on the right side of the 2:2/2:1 divide. There is a massive difference between those grades when looking for jobs. Yes go and get that tempoary job (and make sure its relevent) but don't get comfortable, keep pushing for that graduate job that you want to get started. As for the interviews, don't get downhearted when you don't get that first job (or second, third etc.) but learn from each interview, ask for feed back keep improving, you'll find a job soo enough.

And finally go, drink, celebrate! you've earned it!
