problems with big brother NTL stream

Anyone got skipping and pause problems on the broadband plus big brother stream, here it is quite bad I got average 4fps and 41kbit on a 231kbit 25fps stream. If its ok for everyone else then I will check my settings.

I'm having major problems streaming anything at the moment, whether its audio, radio, video etc ... also some surfing is VERY slow, using NewsGroups etc .. altho my download rate is a constant 240k still ...

NTL say theres NO problems in my area or regionally ... so kinda stuck, getting really annoyed now

Also a few other people i know on my area are having same problems ...

No the problem is only with this stream, I am guessing its overloaded, setting WMP to 128kbit isdn has helped a LOT tho.

right now it laods at 31kbit (200kbit under) wmp says bitrate reduced due to network congestion. If it is congestion then NTL should think before they decided to provide the service on broadband plus, I wanted to hear feedback before making accusation of congestion. I will see if they reply to an email.
