Connection Problem

Since this week then i have been coming for lunch or after work i loose connection avery hour or so anyone whats happening? i as i write this lost connection for about 15mins

Lot of strange things going on in my area...


Last Thursday after work, couldb't connect...checked service status, and nothing happing in the Lancashire area....same again this morning for at least 2 hrs

Pain in the arse, when they cant even be arsed to let you know:disturbd:

I went to get on the net today and a message kept comeing up saying

Local area connection status limited or no connectivity.
My sync. light and ready light was working ok , and after rebootin the internet modem twice it eventually worked.

ok this is coming of a bit of joke now. phoned CS was on hold for 25mins the guy i spoke to was not that helpful hold me there was some kind of work happening in my area that was why i had problems. when i told him a m8 who lived on the same road had no problem he told me he must be on a different server to me. so i told him if he could change my server the phone was disconnected

Please help resolve my problem
