ok...im using a crossover cable coming from an installed ethernet card into the ps2..when i do the ps2 network configuration it doesnt work at all...I have everything on automatic and it still doesnt work. I get a network icon on my pc's taskbar...it says limited or no connectivity and only shows the ip address and the subnet mask..i dotn know what 2 do.
:welcome: to the forum
A crossover cable should only be used when connecting to PC directly
get a standard CAT5 cable

Does the cable have a label on it stating Crossover of Xover on it?
