That's an interesting read.... didnt know there were so many different types of salt.
Personally I'm not a big salt fan myself. I cant stand food thats too salty.

I don't put it on my dinner. There's way too much salt in processed foods anyway to add any more...

I think the worrying thing is that there still appear to be a lot of people who don't know that not only is there too much salt there's also too much sugar, fat, additives etc.

Salt is fine in small doses but higher doses on a regular basis create health problems.

I really love the idea of salt, the quintessential inorganic compound, being available as organic. :)

Most people put sugar in their tea, not salt ;):D:D
