Curvy women are more likely to live longer than their slimmer counterparts, researchers have found.

Institute of Preventative Medicine in Copenhagen researchers found those with wider hips also appeared to be protected against heart conditions.

Women with a hip measurement smaller than 40 inches, or a size 14 would not have this protection, they said.
Perhaps I won't bother with the diet after all! :D

However - 4 weeks of no running around at work, plus the BIGGEST box of chocolates I've ever seen in my life, let alone been given (thank you again marina!) - I'd say I now fall into the category of woman those researchers are talking about!

Yep been in deep Snowdonia, Wales, walking in the mountains and enjoying the small coastal villages.
Its been a good break....

And after all that I come home and find chocolate at my door.
