View Full Version : Set top probs - no internet or TV

Got to my computer this morning and no internet.

Looked at STB at the 'internet led' was not lit - TV i think was working because the TV led was lit (did not turn on TV)

I decided to reboot (and have done a few times including leaving it unplugged for up to 5 minutes) but when I put the power back in its stays just saying NTL on the display (it gets past where it says PACE)

Anyone else having problems??

I am in the Manchester area

Sounds like your box ha died, try takig out the card and gently wipe the chip with a lint free cloth, put tv on see if any error msg on screen.

Could also be a general network fault....

lets just hope its ok when i get home later

150 from your landline , and follow the menus , pick your time of day , mid morning or afternoon is a good bet :)

hmmm sounds like my post of a few moments ago....

no BB, no TV and no phone in reading (RG10) area ...

Thames Valley = known problems.... not going to get anything until it is fixed i'm afraid :(
