I really am not of a fan of that site. It is a poor attempt at being The Register.
Considering I heard a story like that being passed around the net a while ago I have to say that is a pretty poor attempt at having a go at NTL.
Last time I heard it the £0.00 cheque caused the bank system to crash or something similiar.
