I have a friend who had NTL broadband installed yesterday,
When he opens outlook express he gets an error saying
the host pop.ntlworld.com and pop.tiscali.co.uk cannot be found
that is 2 seperate errors saying the same but for each pop.
The tiscali email was working on BT broadband previously and its his main address.
Any ideas why this would be happening now?
For the record for SMTP he is using NTL for NTLWorld's email and smtp.tiscali.co.uk for the Tiscali one.
