Ok, this isn't a hoax, nor is it a "tell all your friends" chain letter.
There's a brand new virus purporting to be a "Microsoft Internet Update Pack" or similar, but it contains the swen.a virus which attempts to mail itself to everyone in your address book.
I'm sure I don't need to warn users that Microsoft doesn't do updates like this and they shouldn't install it, but it's so new and spreading so fast (I've had over 100 of them today!) that I thought I'd mention it.
