What do people think of dabs.com? Has anyone had any problems with them?

they seem ok, if a tad pricey for some things. i got some memory from them a while back, ordered and shipped in one day etc etc

never had any cause for concern.

I ordered a lot of things at 6:15pm
They were delivered by 10Am the next day and I didnt ask for next day delivery.

I use them as opposed to ebuyer.

i've found them pretty similar to ntl, fine as long as there isn't a problem;)

I've used Dabs, I've also used http://www.redstore.com

They're pretty comparable, although some prices are higher on one than the other, it's not by much.

Both are, however, pretty slow responding to technical e-mail questions (anything up to three days!)

Redstore were also very good when my new PSU failed to work and sending a replacement although it took them almost a week to test it and confirm it wasn't working.

fine here here, apart from them not knowing exactly when they might get stock of somethings. But that was only a one off occurance for me.
Ive also dealt with www.overclockers.co.uk and www.scan.co.uk - no problems.

Currently waiting for a replacement motherboard from Scan. Took them 1 day to test and confirm the fault, 1 day to get replacement packed and shipped.

I get very close to sueing the idiots over a motherboard that got lost in the post, and they ignored my pleas to find out what happened to it.

i've used them many times over the past few years, allways rapid in sending goods out tend to have postage offers which are a steal as in, free 1-3day delivery and then it turns up at 8am the next day ! when i ordered it at like 3 in the afternoon.

Usually there prices are a tad more than the rest but not by much when you factor in postage they come out about even, can be cheap on memory when they want to. dabsvalue line of products are good and branded there just the cheapest parts at the time just dont get anything to critical.
