Can you have firmware updates for the NTL Home 200 modem?

If so where could i get the latest software to do the update and the update itself please?

Thanks all in advance. ;)

As far as I know, you cant.
If an upgrade is available, then it is automatically downloaded to your modem when you switch it on.
There may be some way else, but I dont know of it.

It would be nice if they released a firmware that resolved the issue where you can't login to the modem other than directly after rebooting it.

Why would 99.99% of customers need to log into the modem?

I've only ever advised a customer to do this once when he refused point blank to believe he was on the correct tier of service.

They wouldn't, but it would be nice if they fixed it.

Which you cant do on the Ambit 200 :( There is no page to change this.

*edit* in fact there is, but its hidden and doesnt work when you click "Submit"

The page is at http://192.168.100.1/P_seteth.html but when you submit, the error "/SETETHCGI 404 not found" (somethng like that) occurs.
