In all seriousness, I wonder if it will make any difference?

Nthellworld.com has 9000 members, let's say if only 3000 of those are active, surely they can gain a good idea of people's opinions there?

One can but try!
However some folk would rather rant than try to offer constructive critisism.

Incog.;)

Could be because the same thing always keeps happening over their. You always get the NTL employee's sticking up for them and saying how good they are. IE trying to say we the customers dont have a clue what were on about

Well sometimes we customers don't.There are many finer techy points that escape me.I only have to wander through some of the postings here and at TOS and my brain is immediately in pain.In fact, reading some of the more technical threads I sometimes lose the will to live. ;)

I'm sure though you are as smart as a whippet. :) Unlike me.;)

Incog. :)

LOL incog you could get a job at ntl with an understanding of technology like yours ;)
where do you want to work, tech support, or do you fancy being one the people that pokes screwdrivers into green cabinets and other sensitive hardware to break it.

Well I took the plunge and made the following comments:

Good

Cable TV: £1/month PremiershipPlus.
Broadband: reliable and fast connection for over two years (600k).

Bad

Cable TV: EPG often shows no programmes or the More option is blank.
Cable TV: no red button support.
Telephone: no caller ID.
Billing: two bills instead of one.

well they really did it to me!! No internet last night at all! great speeds today though! up until 7.25pm, then wam back to poor service pages dropping and all the usual hassles. Now WHY? it was great earlier so what's the problem? earlier toast was saying we were averaging 130k now we are 109k - 113k so no wonder the pages aren't loading! and the proxy servers are even worse! only 99k So I don't know what the answer is!
