Had my CM replaced today (power adapter blew, apparently they don't have adapters for the Terayons anymore so had to have new CM).

I was wondering how you see the CM config pages whilst behind a router?

I have a d-link 802.11g 4 port router (DI-524 is the model)

Any ideas?

Already tried that to no avail :(

What happens when you put the ip address in? Are you sure that the router hasn't been told to forward certain traffic :confused:
Few questions, what browser are you running, what model cable modem is it and what router have you got?

CM = Home 200
Router = D-Link DI-524

When I go to the page, it just times out..
Pings also time out.

I have the old surfboard modem (must get a new one :D) and I know with it, you cannot access the Config page behind a router unless you plug the modem into one of the LAN Ports, plugged into the WAN port the router denies access, hope this helps.

I also have a Surfboard modem and you can access the CM config page if you put your pc into the DMZ

Reboot the modem, wait for all lights to settle and then the page http://192.168.100.1 will be become available again. This happens to a lot of people. The modem only seems to let you access its diagnostics for about 10 minutes after its been rebooted :(
