Good ping?

Whats a good ping for online games?
Mine seems to be in the 50-200 region (Depending on server) in SoF and i was wondering if thats good?

200 is quite poor, as an example on DSL using a wireless connection, on Wolfenstein Enemy Territory I get over 20 or so at under 25ms, I don't think I've ever joined a server that was over 50ms.
