Can anyone tell me what is the main difference between the Xbox version and PS2 version of this sound system? Is the only difference being that xbox version is more expensive than the PS2 version?

The xbox ver is 5.1, PS2 and GC vers are 2.1

I found a cool sound set up for £200 ill be getting it soon and it works with the xbox :D

Very nice and a reasonable price too ! There's only four in stock so you'll have to be quick if you're getting them through Amazon.

There best be some left when i go to order mine ! :D HAppy listening :D It gives all games a different edge especially halo. Its quite scary sometimes listening to it with 5.1 and widescreen.

I should get the order by Friday/Saturday (also got the official xbox advanced cable).;)

Lemme know how easy it was to setup and position speakers and stuff, and if theres any stands that come with it. Best make sure you read the instructions as wrongfull positioning of speakers may result in a slap in the head :D

As promised:- Its a snip to set up M8, no worry's there. The sound is totally amazing! Been playing KOTOR and the effects of blasters, down to people talking, walking from behind your character is spot on. The only gripe i've got with the sound system is that the length of the speaker cables is on the short side (but that can easily be resolved). Thoroughly recommend the Inspire 5.1 Digital 5700 to anyone who's looking for affordable surrond sound but want's quality aswell.:)

Make sure its the Creative Inspire 5.1 Digital 5700 system and not the one on the thread heading!

Its come with an Xice stamp of approval it does :D My loft conversion is almost done and once its decorated and the pool table is shifted up there ill buy my sound setup.

Sounds Nice Xice - once i get my new pc ill have the pc in my room so xbox and pc will be connected plus a sound system!
