Hi there,
Just to claify,, You are using internet explorer and not firefox or any other browser which might not be supported by NTL, I dont know for sure, but I do know that some online banks will only let you use explorer and nothing else, (Natwest)(Cough)
If you are still having problems, and want to upgrade quickly, (like now) then phone customer support and they will upgrade you straight away no problems at all.
I know its a pain in the butt waiting in the queue for 10 minutes, but the end result is worth it...750:)
Yes, I've tried on both IE and Firefox.

I think that given that common denominator, either the user name or password is being entered incorrectly, or is not recognised.
have you changed the password since the account was set up?
please PM me the username or PIN number that you have and i will have a look at this for you tonight

It's the same password I started with.

Yep, he definately does (and has been a great help to a load of people in the past) you can trust him, no probs.
Sure that a MOD will be along soon enough to confirm this as well.
He must have forgotten to reply to my PM.
urm... actually you should have received this reply that i sent....
hi
the mailbox is all working properly, because of data protection law, i can't actually confirm your password through this forum.
If you have access to your email account that you can use at the moment (ie through Oulook or similar) then i can email you a reminder of the password, or alternatively you can contract ntl online through broadband medic to find out. http://www.ntlworld.com/help/broadbandmedic/
