anyone know if there is a problem in the SO15 (romsey/hampshire area)?
getting complete connection dropouts daily after about 6pm. seems to be ok during daytime...

yes but unfortunately spoke to someone of limited intelligence! hence posting here.. i'll try tech support again when my temper has cooled down ;)

haha understandable. Well to be honest if there is nothing on the status page then you really need to get them to listen to you. They will do some checks etc.. Probably best to call them while th modem ain't workin. Otherwise someone on here will no doubt help you :)

what did the person of "limited intelligence" actually say to you?
