The new speeds start to come into effect on 17 February for home customers and 1 April for businesses. :D

NTL 1mb £17.99 5gb cap

PlusNet 512, 1Mbps, 2Mbps... all £14.99. Not bad if you want dead cheap broadband and don't download much.

Though only 1Gb cap, but all 256kbps upload.

Additional Gb by pre-pay at £1.50 per Gb or £1.75 PAYG. £39.99 for 2Mbps uncapped (price likely to drop, or speed will increase).
