OOOHHHHHH!!!!! Not that I'm jealous or anything..........
Congratulations, Debs, don't forget to post a pic of the new arrival! :D
What car is it? If you don't know, don't just say "It's a red one", go find a bloke to tell you :D
I might ring them to see if I can pick it up now !!!! I stopped at the garage last night to say hello to my baby and tried to stick my head through the railings to see it. Now that would have been embarassing if I'd got stuck and had to be cut free by the firemen :erm: or maybe not :D :D :D
Hi,
It is good to hear that you are excited about getting your new car good luck with it...

isnt that bluebird going to be expensive for you to insure?
My corsa was expensive enough and that was only insurance group 2.
Got the car now, ended up getting the bus down to the garage, £1.30 for the bus fare
So far only stalled it once and can't suss out the roof bit thingy yet so looking good so far. Just took a couple of pics so will upload them shortly :tu:

Likely will be yes, my gf has cerebal palsy in her left side which could mean the car would have to be modified or perhaps a mobility one for her with special gearshift, this ones more for me to have a laugh with and I aint fussed about mega fancy insurance basic cover will do me as bluebirds are ten a penny nowadays even for tidy ones they go at auction for 100-200 quid.

Weird, you've got your new toy. If it was me I'd be out and about burning rubber and enjoying it, not posting here.

s'ok - I'm one of the lucky people who has had the priviledge of meeting her in person, ironically at the meet you didn't come to, so I know her feelings about photos ;)
I wasn't sure about the colour when you said it was purple, but it actually looks quite nice in the photo... bit different, so at least you won't have any trouble finding it in the supermarket car park ;)
Now all you need is the ultimate accessory.....

 Nothing to do with ntl me getting the car, courtesy of "where there's blame there's a claim" ;)
Thanks for all the kind words, I've had a little bit of a run on the M60 in it but now don't want to go to bed in case some scrote tries pinching it
Nearly had a mega crisis earlier though, went to see friend who lives near some stables. Down the road comes horse and rider trotting happily, the horse is then spooked by a fella jetwashing his van and starts to freak out kicking it's legs and backing up, right near my car :erm: Panic ensues with me trying to get between horse and car, bawling at the rider, rider trying to calm the horse and the jetwashing fella oblivious to it all :erm: :disturbd: :disturbd:

 dont worry Debsy42 happen to us all mum once left her car keys in the car door over nite
My dad managed to lock his keys in the car with the engine running last friday, he couldnt find a space because of roadworks and got out to have a quick look, when he came back he realised he had stupidly locked the door. luckily for him he was having trouble finding space outside our house so he was only at the top of the road.
Update on the Car Incident, just had a really nice policeman  at my house taking a statement for when the little scrotes dinked my car. Turns out they are only about 15 :erm: the copper knows them and will be paying them a visit shortly. Once again I've advised him how I'm a fan of police brutality for chavs so he'll let me know the outcome of it all.
