Why don't I get this free?

Hello,

I was browsing the NTL site (we are thinking of changing to ntl for phone & tv). Anyway I was looking at the broadband section and it said if you have 700k + you get free online football (highlights, live match commentaries etc). So what I'd like to know is why don't I get this free anyway seeing as I have been a 700k customer for about 2 years now? Thanks

Its a bit like a car company offering £500 cashback, iot doesn't mean that they will give cashback to someone that bought a car 2 years ago!!

they go through phases of offering this to existing customers as well!!

The last time NTL had a new subscriber broadband offer on (I think it was discounted phone calls for 12 months) I phoned them up and asked to be disconnected then reconnected with the new package !!! The person I spoke to transferred me to a 'Retentions' dept- they put a £6 per month credit on my bill to cover the package!!!

My view is- treat them like the enemy + if you don't insist, you don't get.
