Can anyone tell me which software is included on the installation CD these days?
Are they still including Zone Alarm?
Do they offer IE & Netscape?

ZoneAlarm, RealOne Player, and Broadband Medic. IE5.5 is also included for those who don't have it or IE6.

A further question, is there any one person who is responsible for choosing the software on the CD or is it down to a team?

I should imagine a lot of people would want to have a say in that, including Motive and the TSB.
