Important:
Scoring more than 30 out of 35 on this test does not guarantee a pass when you take the real theory test under proper exam conditions

Don't be so sure about having passed ;)

34/35.

Fluffed the question about trams, not having trams in Belfast for about 60 years I never seen the markings.

Q. What should you do to prevent theft from your vehicle?
A. Take all the contents with you.

Who in their right mind would do that? The spare wheel is pretty heavy for a start :p:

I failed both car tests, but then again, several of the questions were completely daft.

Hooray got 32 of 35. Just watch out if you drive a tram, or you are a pedestrian. According to my wrong answers you are in my sights :dunce:

Well I got 31, but frankly I don't see what questions about pollution have to do with driving standards!

Also one of the answers was "reduced health risks" which IMO is badly worded because it could mean health risks were reduced or it could be read as risks of reduced health.

I got 32 out of 35 for the bike test A, I have not done this before and I would like to ride a motorbike soon.

Motor vehicles can harm the environment. This has resulted in
air pollution
damage to buildings
reduced health risks
improved public transport
less use of electrical vehicles
using up natural resources

you have to mark 3.

WTF?
OK, so it's not reduced health risks, it's NOT improved public transport, it's NOT got less use of electric vehicles.

It does result in air pollution & using up natural resources.

So I assume that the government want you to think that public transport has improved because we know that vehicles are bad?
Ha, that's what they think, they never have to catch the damn bus.

the thing with the theory test is some people fail it 4 or more times.. this proves they don't have the common sense to know how to react in an emergency situation and shouldn't really be on the road..

if you have common sense you can pass this easy..

also it is all marked automatically now and with some of the answers people give they are showing themselve to be a danger on the road and should be excluded from driving until they can be educated on what is the correct thing to do

After driving a car for 30(ish) years, I did the motorcycle theory test last year. I got 35 on the practice paper, but found the real thing much harder - only got 31 (or maybe 32 - cannot remember exactly). I cannot blame it all on my glasses falling apart as I sat down at the screen.

29 !!! Ooh dear.

I passed my theory test first time about two years ago but then failed my practical so now have to do everything again as I left it too long.
I'm going to be starting again soon so better start revising.

32 out of 35, not bad. A pass anyway.
