Just typical, just glad I am no longer with Cust care and have to take those calls. one of my collegues at work seems to have had one of these installed at the weekend though.

this issue has now been resolved 24 hours early :D
still 4 days to fix this fault is a bit of a joke :dozey:
Can confirm people on the dodgy range are appearing online properly now.

That's the most accurate way to describe it to be honest.
The sources this site has scare me, they seem to know more about some things than I do! Though I am just a 'grunt' in the grand scheme of things :angel:
