Login Problems

Hi,

first post here. I have been with NTL for 6 months...no probs. Tried to login this evening but message says username and or password not recognised on the domain.
I've checked that they are correct. The system status does not show any probs in my area (Devon) I have e-mailed cust services but no replies yet. Any ideas anyone?

are you using ntl:freedom or ntl cable?

if it is cable then are you referring to login to ftp/ email?

Hi and thanks for the reply. I emailed cust services and they merely sent me my login details, which I had already checked and double checked.

I rung their premium rate line and they checked my account using a virtual modem and were also unable to access the service. 'There is a problem our end' said the operator, who also promised to get on to it......still no access this evening.
It is ntlfreedom.
