So it seems that new customers can sign up to this deal (received another leaflet but 'to new customers only'), does this mean the upgrades are nearing?

As there is no sign of signing up to the faster tiers, is there hardware upgrades still to do, or is it just a case of changing the cm config files and billing?

I got this offer in my phone bill yesterday.

It said that new broadband customers could sign up for 300K for £15.99 per month (usual price £17.99) put it did not state how long the offer would continue for. I assume it would be 12 months and then revert to £17.99 as they could validly do that under the terms and conditions but it was not stated.

Does anybody know anything more about this offer?

Says nothing about it expiring, just the usual 12 month contract malarkey and the....'offer ends 31/01'. Which we all know, the offer will re-open the next month :D

Not if they introduce the new service plans then!

If you look at all the Investor Day presentations, there is always a 300k service for £15.99 stated as an entry level product and there is supposed to be no cap with that product :)

So there will be four broadband speeds to chose from

If you're out of the 12 months, can you quit and become a "new" customer again?

basically yes, but then you have to have a new 12 month contract.
