ntl outlook express and norton antivirus

hope someone can help! everytime i try to enable my norton antivirus to protect my outlook express account, when i go to the dial up icon for ntlworld a box pops up saying
ntl diagnostics
conflicts were found press fix or ignore.

the details say that the conflicts were found for outlook express. if i press fix, then norton antivirus email protection gets turned off. if i press ignore, then it carries on to the internet with no problem at all. how can i stop this box popping up evertime i go online???
id be so gratefull for some help, but please speak slowly cause im a newbie!! cheers from jane

It can be sorted out, you dont need the NTL installation program to connect to the internet.
I cannot remember how to unload it all though hopefully another member will be able to post you the full solution.
