Hello, dont know where to post this question properly so put in here (hope thats ok). I have noticed that the large company I work for seems to have quite a few non executive directors who are all non executive directors of other companies too. Can anyone explain the difference between a non-exec. and a normal directorship please as I cannot seem to find an explanation anywhere! Also do these non execs get paid the normal sort of rates that directors seem to get? Thanks. :eh:
