why cant central station be contacted

Hi, i just got i just got a ps2 networks adaptor. i have done the setup and the network diagnostics whent just fine but then when i go to central station it sais central station cannot be contacted. why cant central station be contacted? can someone please help me.

Do you connect via a standaloen cable modem (SACM) or a Digital TV set-top box (STB)?


Are you connecting directly, or are you using a router, or are you using ntl's special console service?
