Hi there,
I wondering if someone can help me. I have moved house recently. However when I tried to signup for telewest blueyonder, the website did not show my address. It did show my neighbours on either side of me and the rest of the street. Now here is an interesting fact, the houses on this street are numbered weirdly so I am number 11 but to the left of me is 10 and to the right of me is 12. So my opinion was that this nust be an oversight on the part of the postcode checker on the website. Having called telewest and each time getting told the house is not on the system. I decided to email them with the option on the website for them to check it out further. I got a form reply back saying someoen would contact me in 15 days. That was a month ago. Any ideas of any way of getting this sorted out? Or does anyone have a contact of someone higher in TW who could look at this?
