New installation

hi, i live in NTL area and they do have ntl in my street and i use to have analog cable from them then i cancled it, now the problem is i wantdigital broadband and cable from them and they are refcsing to give it to me, saying i do not have digital in my area that what they said 3 year ago and also said it wont be available for other 2 year what do i have to do to get the screwing digital from them they are just being *******s. any suggestions. many thanks

My daughter recently moved to Leicester and tried to get NTL but has abandoned this idea because of excessive problems with the install. The area she moved to only has analogue available and the estimate is that it will be two years before digital can be provided. The reason for this is that it was the first part of Leicester to be cabled by Leicester Cable and was never designed to be able to provide the services available these days. A hell of a lot of work and expense is required to bring it up to date.
