Well I work for a major utilities company and they have introduced a "Doing the right thing" motto at work recently, were you go above and beyond your normal working restrictions, to go that "extra mile" to show customer focus and resolve customer issues.

Yes I do but that is for super help with a really knotty problem within one thread.

However because MB is so efficient he doesn't need an entire thread to solve problems.

So in honour of the fact that he so often helps in so many different threads I've made him a really special award that is his and his alone.

Yes! He does his job better than most and tries much harder than many of his workmates.I'm sure there are others who do as much but I don't know them.

Ignition who I have seen helping in the IRC chatroom, on these forums during his own time.

Bill C who I can definitely say has gone above and beyond the call of duty helping me once when the network was down and Tech support said it was my modem (which it turned out not to be)

BBKing Is always helping in the IRC chatroom and on these forums in his own time.

There are others the forums are fortunate to have so many dedicated NTL employees willing to spend their free time helping out on here we should have one for each of them.
