1mb modem still not upgraded?

Hi there, has anyone else on the 1MB service (NOT STB) still not been upgraded to 1.5mb?

its just on the NTL site it says that the 1mb service will cease to exist on 5th November 2004 - that gives them 4 days to put me on the 1.5mb service?

I'm in the Hemel Hempstead area, probably on a luton server or summet.

Would a reboot do it?

you could try a reboot or perhaps giving CS a call as I thought all SACM had been done.

Hello again,

Just spoke to a really helpful dude from NTL and he sorted it out for me in no time, it was just a case of being manually removed from the service and put back on again.

All works good now though :)
