Channel Loss

Why is it that once agin I've lost several channels for no reason atall..

Thery are still there but picture gone completely...

So far affecting:
Channel 4
five
itv2
bbc four
qvc
skytravel & extra
skyone mix
uk gold(incl. +1, and 2)
and british eurosport..

And thats just what I've found so far..
Has this happened to others or is my box about to die..

I've tried a box reboot, and that didn'y help atall..

Anyone know whats going on..

Are you anywhere near Brighton (excuse my Geograpical ignorance). ntl are aware of a fault there and are looking at it.
No fix time yet tho.

Hey, i'm in Worthing, and i had the same problem. Seems that it's back now. Most of the Family Pack channels disappeared from here.

Anyone know what the fault was?

Wouldn't you know it, you find a problem, ntl sort it out with 30 minutes.

The trouble is they never improve the service so it doesn't happen again..

Chris Yup, same happened to me on Sunday. Re-booted and all was fine.......:confused:
