Hello :)

Right my original problem was with NTL Freedom billing and thats all sorted :)
Thanks Mark (you are a star!)

Now i get a reminder today for my broadband bill, which i paid on the 16th Oct......and paid £37.99 instead of just the £27.99 required (forward planning you know :))

I always pay my bill via online banking (payments) and have never had a problem.

I dont wanna get cut off :erm:
I couldnt bare it!!
No Internet!! Arghh!!!

Can someone confirm its all been paid and are NTL having a bit of a mare at the moment.....because ive never had any previous problems...after 2years of fantastic service :)

Well,

las tmonth I only paid 3.99 via direct debit..now they are taking two months this month..so i guess the answer is yes..also I have been with NTL since march and normally paid 34.99 for the 1Mb service..now I pay 37.99....dunno why ????

Hi John, and :welcome:

The price for the 1Mb broadband service went up on 1st July from 34.99 to 37.99 per month, although you should now be on 1.5Mb if you're using a Stand Alone Cable Modem (usually a little silver box with 7 lights on the front).
