I signed up for NTL's broadband back in July/August and was primed for the Free Xbox offer.

After umpteen calls and emails I have still yet to receive it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a person to contact who may actually know what they are talking about and solve this issue for me.

It is seriously beginning to do my head in :confused:

Hey thanks for the welcome, glad to be aboard to be quite honest, as I am sure there are going to be more times that I'm gonna be needing some help for one thing or another, now I'm with these guys ;).
