Not billed after 60 free days

Hi there I have not yet been billed after my 60 day free trial,
which started 24/7/04.Should I get in touch with c/s or just
wait for them to catch up and bill me?I do want to pay btw
it is just bugging me that I have not been billed.

What haven't you been billed for?

If it is just for cable modem you may be getting billed in arrears so the payment may not be due yet.

Yes it is just the cm,I thought I would get billed as soon

cm is billed in advance but there is a 14-17 day delay from your bill date if the payment is being taken by DD

The likelyhood is you WILL get billed, but you won't be sent your bill 9if it's a cable modem it comes by email!) until the next billing date, which may not have been reached yet. This bill will then 'pro rata' the charges back to the date your trial ended, assuming all that was set up properly.

There are other possible causes, debs, like me, really knows her stuff on these things and is 100% genuine, so you can trust her to fix it.

I'd offer myself, but I'm not in til Monday and debs I think is in over the weekend so she'll fix it faster.

guess I will have to wait and see what happens.
I forgot to mention that there are two dd's on my account
one marked NTL Midlands and the other NTL group .
I have reserved enough cash for the first four months so
hopefully the bailiffs will not come after me Paul.:D

There are dealys in some DDs going active on the cable modem billing system.

You will be ok, ask Debs (or me) to put you onto paper billing. You will then know for sure if the amount is building up and can call in and make a manual payment.
