After having problems with my broadband connection through my STB, ive been told that im getting a SACM as a replacement, the enigneer came on Thursday and sorted this out for me, but he said it would take between 5 - 10 days to get the SACM.
In the meantime who do I contact to make sure this is going through ok, I havent heard anything from NTL as yet to make a appointment etc to fit the SACM.
