came in from work yesterday and my broadband was dead , the cable light was out , tried rebooting , no effect , rang c.s. up and got through to t.s. in a reasonable space of time :tu: , the guy went thru all his bits and bobs and reckoned my modem was dead , he got me sorted out with a service request and i left it at that , i left the modem powered down all night , plugged it in this morning and it is working fine :confused: , now was it a problem with the service or is the box playing up ???? :confused:
