When will Leicester 600k be upgraded please?

On NTL's online site checker it says during the month of Septermber, well its almost over and i still have not been upgraded! :mad: Can anyone who work for NTL find out for me please? thanks. (I think i will be downgrading to 300k, but if i downgrade now, ill be stuck with 150k since the upgrades have not yet been done) Thanks!

Are you using Set Top Box or a Stand Alone Cable Modem.

If it is a Stand Alone CM have rebooted the modem ??

Leicester is SACM-only.

Hi, yes it is a cable modem, i alrdy tried unplugging all the wires, then reconnecting them, but nothing happened :(

As far as I am aware all of Leicester should be done - I suggest you call ntl. :)
