Hi,

I'm installing my ntl account on a new pc and like a donut i've lost the letter with my pid number on it. Is there anyway of finding out the number without having to call ntl? I.e. on the web somewhere. Cheers.

As far as i know the only way to find out is to contact ntl.

Ditto.
CS is the only way to go.

Or search the house from top to bottom for that letter.

Is it by chance stuck in the broadjump CD case?
That seems the place to keep it as its associated with it.
