Installation for Broadband

I just sign up for this on last friday. And i ordered it by the web and the appointment to install only can be choose on 12/10. Can i change it to earlier date?

Cosidering that was the only given date, i doubt it... Try phoning CS.

I'd ring em anyway coz when i booked for my brother they had no install booked,luckily the date advised was still available,best to check

Yeah, speak nicely to CS and see if they can come up with anything. Just remember to flatter them whenever possible ;)

The only chance that you have of getting an earlier appointment is if someone in your area has cancelled theirs so there is a free slot. It may be worth ringing to find out if this is the case.
