I've decided to buy this light:

Hopefully this weekend, because my eyes are starting to get strained from my monitor since my other lamp is behind me, and it's a floor lamp. At the moment I'm thinking of putting the lamp in the link over head of me (my desk has plenty of shelfs), will this help this eye strain? :( (also want it so I can see my keyboard easier)
