Hi,

For the last few weeks I have found my Ambit 120 cable modem will connect straight away during the day, but if I try to connect in the evenings (e.g. 9pm) it never seems to connect first time and often reboots one or more times before finally connecting. Anybody else had similar problems?

I am in Leicester.

:welcome: to the site first of all

it sounds like the UBR that you are on is over subscriped, resulting in a crap service during peak hours (evenings and weekends) ring ntl and speak to tech support to report this to them

I had a feeling this may be the case.

If I report it to them, what are the chances of them improving/fixing it?
